अतिथि अध्यापकों की भी होगी सर्विस बुक

पानीपत, जागरण टीम : अब नियमित शिक्षकों की तरह अतिथि अध्यापकों की भी सर्विस बुक तैयार होगी। उन्हें नियमित शिक्षकों की तरह स्थायी पहचान नंबर भी मिलेगा। हरियाणा स्कूली शिक्षा निदेशालय ने सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारियों को इस संबंध में पत्र भेजकर अवगत कराया है। प्रदेश भर के सरकारी स्कूलों में करीब साढ़े 14 हजार अतिथि अध्यापक हैं। 1 सितंबर को निदेशालय से जारी आदेशों में अतिथि शिक्षकों की सेवा पंजिका तैयार करने को कहा गया है। प्रत्येक गेस्ट टीचर को अलग से आइडी नंबर भी जारी किया जाएगा। शिक्षा निदेशालय ने गेस्ट टीचरों की सर्विस बुक तैयार करने का कार्य खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों के माध्यम से कराने का निर्देश दिया है। अब खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी नियमित रूप से सरकारी स्कूलों में तैनात शिक्षकों की तरह ही गेस्ट टीचरों का रिकॉर्ड भी अपडेट करते रहेंगे। गेस्ट टीचरों की सर्विस बुक में पहले विद्यालय की नियुक्ति से लेकर जिस भी विद्यालय में सेवाएं प्रदान कीं, आदि का पूरा विवरण दिया जाएगा। पानीपत के जिला मौलिक शिक्षा अधिकारी बीरबल चौधरी का कहना है कि निदेशालय के आदेश उन्हें प्राप्त हो गए हैं। सभी खंड शिक्षा अधिकारियों को रिकॉर्ड के आधार पर सर्विस बुक तैयार करने को कहा है

It is hereby announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied  for the posts of Lecturer (College Cadre) in Haryana School Education Department, in  response to Corrigendum No. ¼III½ to Advertisement No.  7(i) published in The Hindustan Times, The Tribune, Dainik Bhaskar and Amar Ujala on 26.07.2011 that the Commission has decided to conduct the Screening Tests for the posts of  Lecturer  (College Cadre) for the SC/ST candidates only as under:-

2. Further it is also informed that on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the Screening Test upto the cut-off marks of the Screening Tests already conducted in these  subjects on 12.9.2010 will be called for interview. In case a candidate out of the three-timezone is adjudged ineligible before or at time of interview, the candidate next in order of merit and otherwise eligible in all respect from among those who are not in three-time-zone will be called for interview in lieu of the candidate adjudged ineligible.  The paper will be of two hours’ duration consisting of 100 questions and the syllabus of the paper will be of post graduation level of the subject concerned. There will be no negative marking. 
3. Admit cards for the Screening Test have already  been sent separately to individual  candidates. In case of any error in the particulars given in the Admit card i.e. name, address, category, subject etc. that may be got corrected from the Commission’s office personally well  before the date of Screening Test.If any candidate does not receive the Admit card, he/she may contact Commission’s office on  09.09.2011 during working hours for obtaining duplicate Admit card. 

Note:  
The candidates are being admitted to the Screening  Test provisionally subject to correctness and fulfilment of all the requisite conditions of eligibility. If at any stage, a candidate is found ineligible, his/her candidature will be cancelled without any notice.

अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा में धोखेबाजी!

अश्विनी शर्मा, करनाल अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पर फिर सवालिया निशान खडे़ हो गए हैं। परीक्षा के लिए योग्य करार देकर बीएड की योग्यता रखने वाले युवकों के साथ धोखा किया जा रहा है। नियम के अनुसार इस परीक्षा को पास करने के बावजूद वे जेबीटी के समानांतर होकर भी शिक्षक की नौकरी हासिल नहीं कर सकेंगे। उन युवकों को बेवजह सब्जबाग दिखाकर हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड अपनी तिजोरी भर रहा है। हालांकि बोर्ड पर गाहे-बगाहे फीस वसूलने के आरोप लगते रहे हैं। प्रदेश में सरकारी नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पास करने का चलन 2008 से शुरू हुआ था। 2009 तक हुई परीक्षाओं में जेबीटी शिक्षक बनने के लिए बीएड को मान्यता नहीं दी गई। इस बार यह अनोखा काम हुआ है कि जेबीटी शिक्षक की नौकरी हासिल करने के लिए बीएड पास छात्रों को भी मान्य करार दिया गया। नए नियम से बीएड वालों की बांझें खिल गई। नियमों की बात पर आएं, तो बीएड के छात्र के यह परीक्षा पास करने के बाद कई प्रावधानों में फंस जाएंगे। उन्हें जेबीटी शिक्षक की नौकरी हासिल करना मुमकिन नहीं रहेगा। हरियाणा सिविल सर्विस रूल के मुताबिक जेबीटी शिक्षक के पद पर पहले इस कोर्स को करने वाले युवकों को तरजीह दी जाएगी। जब तक उन छात्रों की नौकरी नहीं लगती, तब किसी और को शिक्षक का पद नहीं दिया जाएगा। इस समय जेबीटी शिक्षकों के पद करीब 13 हजार खाली हैं, जबकि इस संकाय को पास करने वाले विद्यार्थियों की संख्या रिक्त पदों के मुकाबले कई गुणा हैं। बीएड की योग्यता रखने वाले अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पास कर किसी हाल में जेबीटी शिक्षक के नियुक्त होते हुए नहीं दिखाई दे रहे हैं, तो ऐसे में उन्हें यह सब्जबाग क्यों दिखाया गया है कि वे जेबीटी शिक्षक की नौकरी के योग्य हो जाएंगे। तस्वीर का दूसरा पहलू यह है कि जेबीटी शिक्षक के पदों पर बीएड विशेष शिक्षा प्राप्त योग्यता वाले लगते हैं, लेकिन यह पद प्रदेश में चंद ही हैं

Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test 2011 Guidelines

                         HARYANA TEACHERS’ ELIGIBILITY TEST – 2011

INTRODUCTION :
A person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher or Lecturer in any of  the schools recognized by the Department of School Education, Haryana and affiliated by the Board of School Education, Haryana has to qualify the “Haryana Teacher’s Eligibility Test”. Qualifying in the Teacher  Eligibility Test is made mandatory to ensure that persons recruited as teachers possess the essential aptitude and ability to meet the challenges of teaching at Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. This test will be conducted by this Board in accordance with these Guidelines and such other Rules/Regulations/Instructions/Policies laid down by
the National Council for Teacher Education/Department of School Education, Haryana
Opening Date:2/8/2011.
Last Date:12/8/2011.

ELIGIBILITY, SCHEME/STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF  TEST: 
All individuals who posses minimum educational qualifications, etc. as delineated here under are eligible to take the Test (HTET). This will be for three categories:-
i) who intents to be a teacher for classes I to V and fulfills the minimum qualification.
ii) who intents to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII and fulfills the minimum qualification.
iii) who intents to be a lecturer for classes IX to XII and fulfills the minimum qualification.
However, a person who intents to be a teacher for levels (i) and (ii) mentioned here above (i.e. teacher for classes I to V and VI to VIII) and fulfils minimum qualifications for both categories will have to apply for both 
separately on separate application forms and appear in both the papers meant for these categories. Similarly, if a person also intents to be a lecturer, he/she will have to apply on separate application form also and appear in the paper meant for this category. 
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO APPLY FOR BOTH CATEGORIES ( TEACHER FOR CLASSES I TO V AND VI TO VIII):
Application No. printed on the application form of Category No. 1 has to be mentioned in the relevant column of application form of Category No. 2 and similarly application number of application form of category No. 2 has to be mentioned in the relevant column of application form of Category No. 1. 

SCHEME/STRUCTURE AND CONTENT: 
CATEGORY  1: Teachers for classes I to V
There shall be only one paper in this category. All questions will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) each carrying one mark with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. 6 No. of MCQs – 150; Duration of examination: one-and-a-half hours.
Structure and Content (All Compulsory):
  (i)  Child Development and pedagogy 30 MCQs 30 Marks 
  (ii) Language I (Hindi)   30 MCQs 30 Marks 
  (iii) Language II (English)   30 MCQs 30 Marks 
          (iv) Mathematics    30 MCQs 30 Marks 
  (v) Environmental Studies  30 MCQs 30 Marks 

CATEGORY  2: Teachers for classes VI to VIII

दो अगस्त से मिलेंगे शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा के प्रोस्पेक्टस(HTET)

 हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड ने राज्य शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा की तिथि घोषित कर दी है। परीक्षा 24 और 25 सितंबर को होगी। इस बार उम्मीदवारों को डेढ़ घंटे की एक ही परीक्षा देनी होगी। परीक्षा में केवल  150  प्रश्न ही पूछे जाएंगे। 24 सितंबर को जेबीटी और अध्यापक, जबकि 25 को प्राध्यापक वर्ग की परीक्षा होगी। परीक्षा के आवेदन पत्र 2 अगस्त से शिक्षा बोर्ड के भिवानी स्थित मुख्यालय, बोर्ड से रजिस्टर्ड पुस्तक विक्रेताओं व बोर्ड के जिला समन्वय केंद्रों पर उपलब्ध होंगे। आवेदन पत्र 12 अगस्त सायं 5 बजे तक जिला समन्वय केंद्रों पर जमा कराए जा सकेंगे।

आवेदन पत्र सामान्य वर्ग के परीक्षार्थी 600 रुपये तथा अनुसूचित जाति व शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम परीक्षार्थी 300 रुपये नकद जमा करवाकर प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

Haryana शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (HTET) सितंबर में

24 को जेबीटी, 25 को बीएड, जूनियर लेक्चरर के लिए होगी परीक्षा

भिवानी। सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए राज्य अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (एसटीईटी) की बाट जोह रहे बेरोजगारों के लिए खुशखबरी है। हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड की बैठक में 24 और 25 सितंबर को यह परीक्षा आयोजित करवाने का फैसला लिया गया है। हालांकि फैसले पर अंतिम मुहर अभी नहीं लगी है। बोर्ड के आधिकारिक सूत्र बताते हैं कि इस फैसले पर आजकल में बोर्ड की मुहर लग जाएगी। इसके लिए अगस्त के प्रथम सप्ताह से प्रोस्पेक्टस उपलब्ध होंगे।

बोर्ड से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार सरकार की ओर से बोर्ड को अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा आयोजित करवाने के लिए मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। परीक्षा के संचालन के लिए बोर्ड के अधिकारियों की बैठक बुलाई गई और फैसले को अंतिम रूप दे दिया गया। 24 सितंबर को जेबीटी और 25 को बीएड व जूनियर लेक्चरर के लिए पात्रता परीक्षा होगी।

अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा के लिए ‘प्रोस्पेक्टस’ छपवाने के लिए दिए गए हैं। अगस्त के प्रथम सप्ताह में ये आवेदकों के लिए उपलब्ध होंगे।

बेरोजगारों को करीब दो साल से अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा का इंतजार था। यह परीक्षा सबसे पहले जुलाई 2008 में हुई थी। उस समय यह परीक्षा हर साल एक बार आयोजित करवाने का निर्णय लिया गया था। हालांकि वर्ष 2009 में अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा का दो बार आयोजन करवाया गया। वर्ष 2010 में यह परीक्षा एक बार भी नहीं हुई। इस साल भी अब तक इस परीक्षा को लेकर असमंजस बनी हुई थी।

Village Seats

All eligible candidates who belong to the village where the DIET/GETTI /ETTIs are situated will report to the Principal concerned.

Note

·         The candidate should bring all the original certificates of class 10^th    with proof of Hindi/Sanskrit & 10+2  having passed English as one of the subjects, two passport size photos, photocopy of application form and all other relevant documents as mentioned in prospectus with photocopies of each.

·         Morning (Mor.) session will start at 9:00 a.m. and Evening (Eve.) at 1:30 p.m. daily.

·         Merit/rank  list is available on website www.scertharyana.in

·         However, candidature of the ineligible candidates will be rejected.

·         In case of any dispute, the decision of the counselling committee will be final.

·         In case, any seat remains vacant in any category, the next counselling will be declared later on.

·         The candidate (if called in waiting) will be entertained only on the availability of the seats. No claim in this regard will be entertained.

·         If the seats in PH (Ortho) category remain vacant, the candidates belonging to ESM (self/dependent) and FFD categories will be called later on through Newspapers.

·         It is made clear that no separate letter/information is being sent/ given to the candidate.
