• All qualifications in special education should be recognized from RCI institutions.

Age Limit: - 17- 40 years. 
Desirable Qualifications:- 
• Teacher with qualifications in single disability area will be encouraged to specialize in other disability areas to take care of wide range of diversities in a general school.
• Knowledge of computer.
Salary: - The post will be filled up on contractual basis on consolidated emoluments Rs. 18000/- (consolidated salary) per month for those having B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent and Rs. 15000/- (consolidated salary) per month for those having diploma in special education. The period of contract will be for one year.

एचटेट रिजल्ट घोषित, 17 फीसद परीक्षार्थी ही पास

भिवानी, मुसं : आखिर इंतजार की घडि़यां समाप्त हुई। शिक्षा बोर्ड ने हरियाणा शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा-2011 का परिणाम घोषित कर दिया है। परिणाम एक बार फिर निराशाजनक रहा है। कुल 4 लाख 12 हजार 643 परीक्षार्थियों में से केवल 71 हजार 117 ही पास हो पाए हैं। शिक्षा बोर्ड के बोर्ड सचिव चंद्रप्रकाश ने बताया कि कैटेगरी एक अर्थात कक्षा पहली से पांचवीं के अध्यापकों की श्रेणी में 1,66,393 परीक्षार्थी प्रविष्ट हुए थे। इनमें से 33,052 उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। इनका पास प्रतिशत 19.86 रहा है। इनमें 13,303 पुरुष और 19,749 महिला परीक्षार्थी शामिल हैं। कैटेगरी-2 अर्थात छठी कक्षा से आठवीं कक्षा के अध्यापकों की श्रेणी में 1,57,624 परीक्षार्थी प्रविष्ट हुए थे। इनमें से 24,766 उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। इनका पास प्रतिशत 15.71 रहा है। इनमें 10,485 पुरुष और 14,281 महिला परीक्षार्थी शामिल हैं। कैटेगरी-3 अर्थात लेक्चरर वर्ग में 88,626 परीक्षार्थी शामिल हुए। इनमें से 13,299 उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। इनका पास प्रतिशत 15.01 रहा है। इनमें 4,961 पुरुष और 8,338 महिला परीक्षार्थी शामिल हैं। बोर्ड सचिव ने बताया कि यह परिणाम 2 दिसंबर को शाम पांच बजे से बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है। 3 दिसंबर को प्रात: 7 बजे से सायं 7 बजे तक बोर्ड मुख्यालय पर स्थित हेल्पलाइन नं. 01664-254000 पर भी परीक्षा परिणाम की जानकारी प्राप्त की जा सकती है।

INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM CTET-JAN-2012

1.Please read the instructions and procedures carefully before you start filling the Online Application  Form.

2.Application Procedure: The online submission of particulars may be made at website www.ctet.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated. Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste photograph, sign in the space earmarked for the purpose. The confirmation Page is to be sent by Registered/Speed Post to CBSE (NOT BY COURIER) to " The Assistant Secretary (CTET Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, 'Shiksha Sadan', 17, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi - 110002" along with original Demand Draft (if fee paid by Demand Draft) for further processing so as to reach latest by 30.11.2011 . Application received beyond this date will not be accepted. Payment can be made as follows

VACANCIES: 3726+2000 Constables in Punjab Police

Applications are invited from Male and female candidates for filling up of the 3726 of Male and 2000 Female posts in the District Police Cadre in the rank of constable in Punjab Police.
Pay Scale-Pay Band- 2 = Pay Band 5910-20200+Grade pay Rs. 2000. The posts shall also carry other allowances as admissible under Govt. instructions/rules. The selected candidates will be included under ‘Defined Contributory Pension Scheme’ of the State Govt.
Reservation-As per instructions issued by the Government from time to time, 25% seats for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, 12% seats for Backward Classes, 13% seats for Ex-Servicemen & 1% seat for Wards of Freedom Fighters are reserved.
Educational qualifications: The minimum educational qualification for recruitment is 10+2 in any discipline or equivalent. It is compulsory for each candidate to have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as compulsory/optional subject. However, in case of Ex-Servicemen the minimum educational qualification will be matriculation.
Age-The minimum and maximum age for recruitment shall be 18 years and 25 years respectively. The cut off date shall be 01.01.2011. Relaxation in upper age limit in case of Scheduled Casts/Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes shall be as prescribed by the Government.Ex-Servicemen shall be given relaxation in the upper age limit by 3 years plus the number of years of service rendered in the Defence Forces. However, the period between discharge from defence services and re-employment should not exceed 24 months (2 years).
Selection Process:Selection shall be made by the District Recruitment Board in case of male candidates and Central recruitment Board for females’ candidates. Selection process would comprise of three phases (A) Physical Measurement,(B) Physical Efficiency Test,(C) Interview.Application Form can be obtained by paying Rs. 100/- cash w.e.f. 27.09.2011 to 17.10.2011
on all working days during office hours (9.00 a.m. to 1.30 P.M and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.) from the Office of Police Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police in all Districts of Punjab.
Last date-The application received after 5.00 P.M on 17.10.2011 and in case shall not be considered.

Notice to the candidates for the post of Asstt. Teacher, GNCT of Delhi/  Teacher Primary, MCD under post code no.  70/09 & 71/09 (Advt. no. 004/2009).

Pursuant to the directions of Ld. CAT in OA No. 121/2010 and 151/2010 dated 20-07-2010 the Recruitment Rules for the above mentioned posts have been modified by the user departments and consequent on the above, the following amendments are made in the Advt. no. 004/2009 and its addendum pertaining to the said posts notified under Post Code 70/09 and 71/09.

However, due to the upgradation of the post from Group ‘C’ to Group ‘B’ category, the candidates (except-SC/ST/PH) who have earlier submitted their application forms shall have to deposit an additional fee of Rs. 50/- in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of the Secretary, DSSSB payable at Krishna Nagar Head Post Office, Delhi-110051 in order to be considered for the said post. The additional fee should be

accompanied with necessary details including Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Details of previous IPO, ID No. (if allotted) and copy of application form, if available. Non deposit of additional fee within the prescribed period may lead to cancellation of their candidature at any stage.

For the aforesaid selections, the DSSSB will conduct a combined Part-I preliminary exam (objective type) of 01 hour duration and part-II main examination (descriptive type) of 02 hours durations together with a testing duration of 03 hours in one go. Besides above, the prospective eligible candidates, who fulfill the eligibility

conditions as on 15-01-2010, can also apply against advt. no.  004/2009 for the said posts on the prescribed form as given in section-D of the said advt. which can be down loaded from the Board’s website www.dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in. The application form must be accompanied with a fee of Rs. 100/- as per the mode of payment detailed above.

Applicants belonging to SC/ST/PH category will be exempted for payment of the requisite fee subject to submission of duly attested copies of relevant certificates in support of their claim. The prospective candidates must read the detailed instructions along with terms and conditions mentioned in advt. no. 004/2009 before applying for the above posts.  The candidates who have already submitted their application form in response to advt. no. 004/2009 are not required to apply again except for depositing the additional fee of Rs. 50/- as mentioned above.

All the other details and terms & conditions as contained in the original advt. no. 004/2009 shall remain unchanged. The eligibility of the candidates with regard to educational qualifications, age, experience etc. shall be determined as on 15-01-2010 i.e. the closing date of receipt of application as invited vides advt. no. 004/2009.

The candidates should submit the documents at the reception counter of the Board between 16-09-2011 to 17-10-2011 on all working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted/Public Holidays) from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Documents received after the prescribed period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
