Applications are invited through registered post for 435 posts of Special Educators/ Resource Teachers across the State on contract basis on the prescribed application form, the format of which is given at the end. The candidates are advised to strictly use this format of the application form only otherwise their applications will be rejected. The format given at the end should be photocopied (enlarged) on a thick paper. The details of the post for special Educators/Resource Teachers disability wise is mentioned as under:-
1. Special Educator( Mentally Challenged) 145
2. Special Educator (Visually Challenged) 145
3. Special Educator (Hearing Impaired) 145
Educational Qualifications:-
• Graduate with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (General) with
2 years Diploma in Special Education or equivalent from a recognized University/institution.
OR
• Post Graduate in relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (General) with 2 years Diploma in Special Education or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. OR
• Post Graduate in relevant subject with at least 50% marks and diploma in special Education or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institution.
• Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
• All qualifications in special education should be recognized from RCI institutions.
Age Limit: - 17- 40 years.
Desirable Qualifications:-
• Teacher with qualifications in single disability area will be encouraged to specialize in other disability areas to take care of wide range of diversities in a general school.
• Knowledge of computer.
Salary: - The post will be filled up on contractual basis on consolidated emoluments Rs. 18000/- (consolidated salary) per month for those having B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent and Rs. 15000/- (consolidated salary) per month for those having diploma in special education. The period of contract will be for one year.
Application complete in all respect must be reach in the office of Director General School Education Haryana (IED Cell), Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula by 30-12- 2011 (5.00 P.M.)
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:
i) One copy of duly attested latest passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form.
ii) Attested photocopy of essential qualifications and above /diploma/degree DMC should be attached with the application form.
Note:
An application form will be summarily rejected in the following events:-
(i) If the application is not in the prescribed format appended with this advertisement.
(ii) If the application is unsigned/incomplete.
(iii) If the application is not sent through registered post.
(iv) If the application is received in Directorate office after the closing date. The Directorate will not be responsible for any postal delay.
(v) If a candidate does not possess the qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard/ Higher Standard.
(vi) If a candidate does not possess the requisite academic qualification on the cut off date.
(vii) If a candidate is underage/overage as on the cut off date.
