POST GRADUATE TEACHERS (PGTs) 
Qualifications common to all categories of PGTs except Cat. No. 19:
(i) The subject in which Post Graduation is done should be one of the subjects in Graduation; and
(ii) B.Ed. with 50% marks from recognized university/institute. However, in the case of candidates 
who have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) or M,Phil with 50% marks from recognized university/institute, condition of B.Ed. will not be applicable; and 
(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject; and
(iv) Certificate of having qualified State Teacher’s Eligibility Test (STET)/ Haryana Teacher’s
Eligibility Test (HTET)/National Eligibility Test  (NET). Further, the condition of STET/HTET will
not be applicable in the subjects of Music and Fine Arts; and
(v) Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi medium; and
(vi) Consistent good academic record; and
(vii) Conversant in IT skills and effective use of new technologies as tools for learning.
(viii) Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post. Desirable for all categories of PGTs:   Teaching experience from Government/ Recognized / Progressive Public School/College/ Polytechnic; not below the rank of Master/TGT.
Age:    21-40 years as on 31.07.2012.
Application Fee: The rate of fee is Rs.300/- + Rs. 20 (Bank charges) for General category candidates and Rs.75/- + Rs. 20 (Bank charges) for SC/BC/ESM/PHC candidates of Haryana state. The  fee should  be  deposited  in  any  branch  of  State  Bank   of  India  under code/account number 30164102059.
Good Academic Record: Consistent Good Academic Record  means that out of the lower qualifications i.e. Graduation/10+2/Matric etc., than the requisite minimum qualification, one must secure atleast 55 % marks in one lower examination and 50% in the two lower examinations. If there are only two lower examinations, then one secure atleast 55 % marks in one lower exam and 50% in another. पीजीटी पदों पर भर्ती के लिए गुड एकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड की नई सेवा शर्त को हटाया जाएगा

जागरण ब्यूरो, चंडीगढ़ : शिक्षा विभाग में नियमित शिक्षकों की भर्ती के पहले चरण में जारी 14216 पीजीटी पदों की गुड एकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड की शर्त को हटाया जाएगा। अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा व पूर्व के सेवा नियमों के तहत निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर ही आवेदन किए जा सकेंगे। इस संबंध में शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुडा व पात्र अध्यापक संघ के नेताओं के बीच हुई बैठक में सहमति बनी है। मुख्यमंत्री के साथ हुई बैठक में पात्र अध्यापक संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र शर्मा ने उन्हें पीजीटी भर्ती में दसवीं, बारहवीं व स्नातक में से किन्हीं दो कक्षाओं में 50 प्रतिशत व एक कक्षा में 45 प्रतिशत अंकों की शर्त से अवगत करवते हुए बताया कि 90 के दशक में बहुत कम उम्मीदवारों के इतने अंक आते थे। ग्रामीण परिवेश के हजारों पात्र अध्यापक इस शर्त के कारण भर्ती से वंचित हो जाएंगे। उन्होंने मांग की कि पात्रता परीक्षा के समय व पूर्व सेवानियमों के तहत निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर ही पीजीटी भर्ती की जाए। चर्चा के बाद मुख्यमंत्री ने गुड एकेडमिक रिकॉर्ड से संबंधित नई सेवा शर्त को हटाने की सैद्धांतिक सहमति देते हुए ओएसडी महेंद्र सिंह चोपड़ा को आगामी आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए। सरकार के इस निर्णय से हजारों पात्र अध्यापकों को बड़ी राहत मिल सकती है। पात्र अध्यापक संघ के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष राजेंद्र शर्मा ने बताया कि यह शर्त हटाने से प्रदेश के हजारों पात्र अध्यापकों को बड़ी राहत मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कि संघ नई शर्त हटाने पर मुख्यमंत्री को जल्द सम्मानित करेगा। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुडा, शिक्षा मंत्री गीता भुक्कल व ओएसडी महेंद्र सिंह चोपड़ा का आभार व्यक्त किया।

दयानंद शर्मा, चंडीगढ़ मुन्ना भाई स्टाइल से अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा पास कर और उसके बाद शिक्षक नियुक्ति होने वालों के लिए मुसिबत खड़ी होने वाली है। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने मंगलवार को स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि पिछले साल नियुक्त सभी नौ हजार जेबीटी शिक्षक के अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा प्रमाण पत्र की जांच होगी जैसे की हाईकोर्ट प्रवीण कुमारी के केस में निर्देश दे चुका है। इसी के साथ ही हाईकोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ता से कहा कि वह इस मामले में नियुक्ति पाए सभी नौ हजार जेबीटी शिक्षकों को चार सप्ताह के भीतर प्रतिवादी बनाने के लिए समाचार पत्र के माध्यम से नोटिस दे। मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान इस मामले में चल रही जांच पर कोर्ट ने असंतोष जताया। सुनवाई के दौरान याचिकाकर्ता के वकील जसबीर मोर ने कोर्ट को बताया कि कोर्ट ने पिछले साल इन सभी चयनित शिक्षक के प्रमाण पत्र की जांच के शिक्षा विभाग को निर्देश दिए थे। इस बाबत शिक्षा निदेशक ने उन्हें सूचित भी किया विभाग ने सभी चयनित शिक्षकों के स्टेट फार्म से हस्ताक्षर व फोटो एकत्र कर लिए हैं और उनका मिलान भिवानी के पंचायत भवन में उनकी ओएमआर सीट से किया जाएगा लेकिन आठ महीने के बाद भी केवल 48 शिक्षकों के प्रमाण पत्र की जांच की गई है। अदालत ने कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए कोर्ट रूम में मौजूद शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारी को फटकार लगाई। जिस पर सरकार ने कोर्ट से इस पूरे मामले की जांच के लिए दो महीने का समय देने की मांग की। जिस पर कोर्ट ने तीन महीने का समय देते हुए 30 जुलाई तक जांच कर रिपोर्ट देने का आदेश दिया। इसी के साथ कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट कर दिया कि अगर यह जांच पूरी नहीं हुई तो जिम्मेदार अधिकारी के खिलाफ कोर्ट अवमानना के तहत कार्यवाही होगी। इस मामले में याचिकाकर्ता ने पिछले साल चयनित लगभग नौ हजार जेबीटी शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति को रद करने की मांग की है क्यों की इस भर्ती में स्टेट के लिए फार्म और उत्तर पुस्तिका के अगूंठे के निशान को जांचने के नियम का पालन नहीं किया गया है। याचिकाकर्ता के अनुसार शिक्षा बोर्ड ने राज्यस्तरीय अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (स्टेट) का आयोजन किया था। इस परीक्षा के लिए जारी विवरणिका (प्रोस्पेक्टस) में साफ लिखा था कि परीक्षा की उत्तरपुस्तिका पर अंगूठे के निशान व फार्म पर किए अंगूठे के निशान का मिलान कर ही प्रमाणपत्र जारी किए जाएंगे, ताकि परीक्षा में धोखाधड़ी न हो। याचिकाकर्ता ने कोर्ट को बताया कि बोर्ड ने अंगूठे के निशान मिलाए बगैर ही पात्रता परीक्षा के प्रमाणपत्र बांट दिए। उसने आरोप लगाया कि परीक्षा में कई छात्रों ने अपनी जगह दूसरे को बिठाकर परीक्षा पास कर ली। याचिकाकर्ता की दलील को हाईकोर्ट ने रिकार्ड में रखते हुए कहा था कि कोर्ट इस मामले की जांच करवाने को तैयार है और फर्जी तरीके से परीक्षा पास करने वालों छात्रों की नियुक्ति भी कोर्ट रद कर सकता है बशर्ते याचिकाकर्ता द्वारा लगाए गए आरोप सही हो। कोर्ट ने तुरंत डीसी भिवानी को कोर्ट के आदेश की प्रति फैक्स कर इस परीक्षा से जुड़ा पुरा रिकार्ड सील करने व हाईकोर्ट को भेजने का आदेश दिया था। बाद में कोर्ट ने शिक्षा विभाग व डीसी को इस मामले की जांच के आदेश दिए थे।

मेवात में शिक्षा के लिए बना अध्यापकों का अलग कैडर

गुडग़ांव, 22 अपै्रल (हप्र)। शैक्षणिक रूप से पिछड़े जिला मेवात में शिक्षा का स्तर ऊंचा उठाने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने मेवात के लिए अध्यापकों का अलग कैडर बना दिया है। इसकी अधिसूचना भी सरकार द्वारा जारी कर दी गई है।
इस संबंध में जानकारी आज नूंह के विधायक आफताब अहमद ने गुडग़ांव के लोकनिर्माण विश्राम गृह में एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में दी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह मेवात क्षेत्र की बहुत पुरानी मांग थी, जिसे मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुड्डा ने पूरा किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली के निकट स्थित होने के बावजूद मेवात जिला शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़ा रह गया और अब वहां की साक्षरता दर को ऊंचा उठाना एक चुनौती है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मेवात में शिक्षा का स्तर ऊंचा उठाने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने न केवल शिक्षकों के अलग कैडर की अधिसूचना जारी की है, बल्कि शिक्षकों के लगभग 5 हजार पद स्वीकृत भी कर दिए हैं। आफताब अहमद ने कहा कि मेवात जिला के लिए शिक्षा पर केन्द्रित इतना बड़ा फैसला अपने आप में अनूठा उदाहरण है, जो कि देश में कहीं नहीं मिलेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य सरकार ने 11 अप्रैल, 2012 को मेवात जिला स्कूल शिक्षा ग्रुप सी तथा बी नियम अधिसूचित कर दिए हैं, जिसमें यह शर्त रखी गई है कि जो अध्यापक मेवात में नियुक्त होना चाहते हैं, वे नियुक्ति के बाद मेवात में ही रहेंगे और उनका प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों में तबादला नहीं होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अध्यापक पद के लिए आवेदक प्रदेश के किसी भी जिले से हो सकता है।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत अध्यापकों के पदों का ब्योरा देते हुए विधायक ने कहा कि प्राथमिक शिक्षकों के 2910, टीजीटी 265, टीजीटी साइंस 121, टीजीटी गणित 105, टीजीटी उर्दू 2, टीजीटी होम साइंस 2, टीजीटी आट्र्स 1, टीजीटी म्यूजिक 2, फिजीकल एजुकेशन 15 के अलावा सभी विषयों के पीजीटी 625 पद स्वीकृत किए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा एलीमैंट्री हैडमास्टर के 341, हैड टीचर के 410, पिं्रसीपल के 25 तथा हैड मास्टर के 44 पद भी स्वीकृत किए हैं। इन सभी पदों में 33 प्रतिशत पद महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षित होंगे। आफताब अहमद ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार ने उर्दू जबान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उर्दू अध्यापकों के 544 पद भी मंजूर किए हैं। इस मौके पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के सदस्य महताब अहमद तथा युवा कांग्रेस नेता राहुल राव भी उपस्थित थे।

Superseding all earlier notifications issued by the DSSSB, the Board will hold Combined Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) and Main Examination (Descriptive Type) in one go in 3 hours duration  i.e. one hour for Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) followed by Main Examination (Descriptive Type) for the following post codes on the dates shown against each as per the Examination Schedule given hereunder. The detailed scheme of examination, test components, syllabus  and general  instructions for candidates in respect of these post codes are available at the official website of  DSSSB i.e. http://dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in.  It is also notified that the Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) will be of qualifying nature and the candidates shortlisted shall be restricted to maximum of 6 to 10 times of  the no. of  vacancies including bracketed candidates , if any  and availability of eligible candidates.  The final merit shall be prepared on the basis of performance of candidates i.e.  marks secured in Main Examination (Descriptive Type) subject to qualifying Skill Test/Typing Test/ Physical Endurance Test etc. wherever applicable. The Question-cum-Answer Booklet of Main Examination (Descriptive Type) will be evaluated only of  those candidates who qualify Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) based on above criteria. The minimum cutoff marks for qualifying Preliminary Exam (Objective Type) and Main Exam  (Descriptive Type) shall be as follows:
